Lobby for Clean Energy! February 15th, 2010

Lobby for Clean Energy with the Idaho Energy Collaborative
Join the Idaho Energy Collaborative on Monday, February 15th (President’s Day) as we talk to legislators about the need to secure cost-effective and reliable energy through the implementation of the 2007 Idaho Energy Plan. The Lobby Day will include displays on the 4th floor rotunda of the Capitol and legislators will be given packets full of information relevant to the benefits of energy efficiency and renewable energy.

The lobby day will occur from 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Citizen lobbyists are invited to attend a chili lunch directly following their lobby efforts at the Snake River Alliance office and share what they learned from visiting with legislators about energy (350, N 9th Street, downtown Boise).

Lobby Day Training, February 10th
Train to lobby with us on Wednesday, February 10th at Shangri-La Tea House (1800 W. Overland Rd, Boise) at 6 p.m. Those interested in lobbying are highly encouraged to attend this training. Please RSVP to attend the training and lobby day to lwoodruff@snakeriveralliance.org or call 208.344.9161
