Gov. Otter: Climate Is Warming

Scientists and energy experts stood on a podium at the University of Idaho on Monday and proclaimed that the debate over climate change is dead. Even Gov. Butch Otter agreed: "No matter what theory you accept or what evidence you recognize, the public reality is that our climate is getting warmer."
